Russia must make YPG to qiut Manbij and Tal Rifat: Turkish FM

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Çavuşoglu criticized Russia's performance in fulfilling its obligations towards the Kurdish YPG forces, saying: "According to the agreements signed with Russia in October last year, Russia undertook to withdraw the YPG from Tal Rifat. Russia must act in this regard. It should not play a mediating role between the two terrorist groups."
According to the Turkish daily Sabah, Çavuşoglu continued as saying that: "Some people had planned to create a terrorist government by dividing Syria, but we disrupted the game. In this regard, the cooperation of a country like Russia, as a country with which we have worked closely in Syria and are trying to establish a lasting ceasefire in Idlib, with the terrorist group is not acceptable at all."
