Iran's Foreign Minister is expected to leave Tehran for Moscow on Saturday to participate in a meeting on Syria.
Foreign Ministry's Spokesman Bahram Qasemi said on Friday that Mohammad-Javad Zarif in the day-long visit to Russia will take part in a trilateral meeting with his Russian and Turkish counterparts.
The meeting is aimed at discussing the latest developments in Syria, Qasemi said.
