Nechirvan Barzani meets Iraqi PM in Baghdad
Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani met with Iraqi Premier Adil Abdul Mahdi in Baghdad on Thursday, February 7.
Barzani arrived in Baghdad on a surprise visit on Thursday.
They discussed the federal budget and the normalization of relations between the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, sources told NRT.
Barzani and Abdul Mahdi also discussed the Kurdistan Region’s share of the federal budget and Krikuk and the disputed areas, the sources said.
