The plan is called “temporary autonomy” and includes 9 articles, PYD official Asyia Abdullah said on Thursday, stressing that the plan has been welcomed by many lines and groups.
She further added a lot of Arabic, Syriacs, Assyrians and Armenians have announced their support to the plan.
The plan will pave way for establishing a temporary local parliament, Abdullah added, underlining that it is not seeking Syria division and will not be a threat for the neighboring countries.
According to the plan’s articles a preparatory committee is formed and the temporary autonomy will be set into motion in 40 days, and a democratic election is held in 6 month.
