“The President will clearly announce his stance in a press conference,” Hassan Allawi said in a statement after his Thursday meeting with Talabani.
“No one will find out the realities of the events. Whatever is uttered these days are far from reality as the president is well aware of them,” he said praising Talabani’s overall detailed knowledge about Iraq’s developments.
“Some MPs unconsidered statements will raze benevolent internal and external efforts of some foreign countries to get Nouri al-Maliki, Massoud Barzani and Muqtada al-Sadr to get closer,” he added.
In Talabani’s meeting with Allawi, the Iraqi president said he attempts to get all Iraqi blocs and sides closer and stop Iraq to be isolated in the region through negotiation with all groups.
Some Iraqi MPs have blamed Talabani for neglecting to send their withdrawing-vote-signature to the parliament.
