Turkish jets hit PKK positions in Kurdistan Region border areas
Turkish fighter jets once again on Monday bombarded Kurdistan Region border areas allegedly targeting the military positions of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK).

Monday’s airstrikes were focused on the villages of Sargli, Korko and Zarik, Mahmoud Nihili, head of the local administration of Nihel subdistrict in Duhok Province, told BasNews.

He did not elaborate on possible damages to the region.

Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has several times called on the Turkish government to halt its airstrikes on Kurdistan Region’s territories.
