Iraq to drill oil well near Iran’s border: minister
Iraq's Oil Minister Abbar al-Luaibi said on Monday that his country is planning to drill an oil well near Iran’s borders.

The Iraqi minister said the new oil well is to be drilled in Heveizeh oil field in vicinity of Iran's borders having the total capacity of one billion oil barrels, Middle East Monitor reported.

According to Middle East Monitor Iraq’s state-owned oil and gas company “Missan” is to handle the project.
