Replying to a question about Wednesday wall Street Journal article about Uludere Massacre and providing intelligence by US predator for Turkey army, George Little, Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs and Pentagon Press Secretary, said: “I won’t comment an intelligence sharing with our Turkish allies, we have an enduring and very strong military- to-military relationship with Turkey.”
“As the secretary indicated during his last year’s visit to Ankara, counter-PKK efforts are critical. We will continue working with Turkey on Counter-PKK efforts and other challenges.” He said.
“We have an important bilateral security relationship with Turkey and we are going to work closely with Turkey,” he said in answering about the effect of the Journal’s report on Washington relation with Ankara.
A Wednesday Wall Street report revealed US drones have provided intelligence for Turkey army in Uludere Massacre, where 34 civilians were Killed on December 28, 2011.
